6. Daily maintenance and replacement tips

Regular inspection: daily observation of die hole wear, inner wall grooves, and ring die surface cracks; if the material contains sand and gravel impurities, it is recommended to clean the die hole daily;

Maintenance method: Before stopping the machine, transport a small amount of oil raw material to lubricate the mold holes to prevent the material from drying out and clogging the mold; long-term shutdown requires cleaning all the mold holes and applying anti-rust oil;

Replacement standards: When deep grooves appear on the inner wall of the die hole, a large amount of particles are crushed, production capacity drops significantly, or slight cracks appear in the ring die, it is recommended to replace it immediately to prevent the ring die from bursting during production and damaging the pressure roller and main machine.
