Materials with high hardness or high impurity content will accelerate wear. It is recommended to regularly check the pressure roller tooth surface, ring die hole wear, bearing temperature rise and equipment vibration.
Different materials have different requirements for molding pressure and hole shape. The ring mold can be customized according to the equipment model, material characteristics and finished particle specifications.
Granulator accessories usually need to be confirmed based on the equipment model, installation size, hole diameter, compression ratio and working conditions. For ring dies, pressure rollers, bearings and seals, it is recommended to provide photos or dimensions of old parts.
